Scott was a 30-year member of the Building Industry Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Region from 1989 to 2000. He’s a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Scott and his wife Susan have two children and three grandchildren.

What motivates your desire to give back?
Susan and I have been blessed with many joys and successes in our lives. We believe those who have received many blessings are required to give back.

Why are you supporting the medical center?
Mission Hospital has been a big part of the community where we raised our children, we want to ensure it can serve future generations.

Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
To use my knowledge and experience in business and the community to help Mission Hospital grow and meet its long-term goals.
