He’s the Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Covington Capital Management. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Sales and Relationship Management at First Foundation Advisors. Prior to First Foundation, Tom was Managing Director at Lehman Brothers in Newport Beach and U.S. Trust Company, where he led the Costa Mesa office. Tom also served on TD Ameritrade’s National Advisory Council from 2016 to 2019.

Tom is a past board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Serving People in Need. He and his wife Lara have three adult daughters.

What motivates your desire to give back?

I want to see Mission Hospital be successful at attaining its goals. It feels good to help them raise funds for such a great cause.

Why are you supporting the medical center? 

I like to support Mission Hospital because we all need great medical care at different stages in our lives.

Why did you agree to join the foundation board?

At the time, Carl Nolet motivated me to participate.
