What motivates your desire to give back?
I suffered a stroke when I was 37 years old and received great care at Mission Hospital. I’ve been a grateful patient ever since.
Why are you supporting the medical center?
The care that me and my family have received over the years, including the birth of all 5 of my children, has made me loyal.
Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
I’ve served on the Foundation Board of Directors since 2012 and served as chair of the Mission Hospital Golf Classic for over 6 years. I’m proud to do it.
