Peak Performance: A Community Health Event for Men’s Wellness

On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, members of the South Orange County community gathered at the Nellie Gail Ranch Clubhouse for an engaging and informative evening focused on men’s health and wellness across every stage of life.

This special salon featured leading physicians sharing the latest advancements in digestive health, sports medicine, cardiology, and urology — all with the goal of helping men in our community stay strong, active, and proactive about their health.
