Mental Health and Wellness Institute
Now more than ever, our community needs quality, accessible mental health and wellness care. Providence Mission Hospital is committed to providing it — for all our neighbors.
What Inspires You?
At Providence Mission Hospital Foundation, we are committed to caring for mind, body and spirit. That care should be available to all those in our community who need it.
That’s why we provide a complete spectrum of inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services treating both mental illness and chemical dependency, including detoxification services.
Intensive Outpatient Programs
The After-School Program Intervention and Resiliency Education (ASPIRE®)
As part of our commitment to care of the whole person – mind, body and spirit, Mission Hospital has developed a comprehensive and intensive outpatient program designed to help adolescents cope with and manage many of life’s stresses. Through psychoeducation, adaptive coping strategies and experiential techniques such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ASPIRE helps teens establish a path toward mental and emotional wellness, resiliency and success.VIBE (Values, Insight, Balance, Effectiveness) program
The VIBE (Values, Insight, Balance, Effectiveness) program is a safe and supportive space for young adults, aged 18 – 26. With the help of our highly experienced treatment team, young adults learn the fundamental life skills they need to help them navigate this transitional stage in their lives and successfully create the lives they want — by improving their sense of self, implementing effective coping strategies, establishing healthy relationships and increasing personal agency.Maternal Mental Health and Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program
This innovative program offers evidence-based group therapy for pregnant and postpartum moms. We provide specialized treatment for maternal mental health disorders (also known as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders), as well as a nurturing and nonjudgmental environment for mothers and their babies to bond and develop skills to promote their mental health and wellness.A donation makes a difference.
