What motivates your desire to give back?
My motivation to serve and give back to the community is inspired by my experience that philanthropy and public service are key drivers in promoting social unity and community strength.
Why are you supporting the medical center?
I’ve found a unique attraction to Mission Hospital and its core medical services, noting that Mission’s three-pronged focus on mind, body and spirit excites my personal commitment to this trinity of healing.
Why did you agree to join the Foundation board?
My service to Mission Hospital dates back over 20 years when I was active with Mission Hospital’s Latino Leadership Council. This exposure provided an easy foundational transition when I was invited to serve on Mission’s Foundation board of directors.
