Serena Benson is founder and principal of Southern California Real Estate Services. She graduated from Laguna Beach High School in 1985 and earned her degree in business administration from the University of Southern California in 1989.

Brandon is president of McDermott + Bull Executive Search, a full-service retained executive search firm serving businesses throughout North America and Europe to identify and recruit executives for permanent and interim roles. Additionally, he is a frequent guest lecturer on the topics of leadership and career development at MBA and law schools, and is a member of the California Coast Chapter of YPO.

Rob Roof received his MBA from the University of Colorado and is a nationally ranked senior tennis player.

Cynthia Mirsky graduated Cum Laude from CSU-Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Food Administration.

James Quandt has a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California and is a graduate of the Managerial Policy Institute at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
